<p style="text-align: justify">The price of altcoin <strong>Celestia</strong> (TIA) is showing signs of being closer to triggering a rally. However, TIA bulls may face a decline before initiating an explosive upward movement. The price movements of Celestia between January 15 and February 20 ranged from $13.88 to $20.33.</p> 
<p style="text-align: justify">Recently, the altcoin TIA has been moving horizontally above the daily support level of $18.23. Investors may expect the altcoin to reach the midpoint of the range at $17.11. This could also be a buying opportunity for sidelined buyers. An entry into the altcoin at this level could bring significant profits if the price rises.</p> 
<p style="text-align: justify">The Awesome Oscillator (AO) has already turned negative and is hovering near zero. This indicates a struggle between bulls and bears. The Relative Strength Index (RSI) is also showing a similar, albeit uncertain, view. Both indicators support the potential for a correction if it occurs.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify">When the Celestia altcoin price last flipped the midpoint of the range, it catalyzed a 22% upward movement. Therefore, a sweep of the average level at $17.11 followed by a quick recovery could indicate that TIA is poised for a rapid ascent soon.</p>

If TIA turns this level into a resistance, it will invalidate the bullish thesis by producing a lower level. In such a case, the altcoin TIA could drop by approximately 9% and test the next lowest level at $15.58.</p>
