While initially categorized as unknown, further analysis via BitHomp's explorer revealed that both recipient addresses were activated transfers from&nbsp;<a href="https://u.today/attention-xrp-shib-ada-holders-binance-shares-important-update" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Binance</a>. The extent of their affiliation with the exchange, however, remains uncertain.
