In addition, the price of Ethereum dropped below $3,400. Meanwhile, other top-level altcoins such as Solana (SOL), XRP, and Cardano (<a href="https://coin-turk.com/dusus-bitmedi-diyen-unlu-analiste-gore-populer-altcoin-icin-kartlarda-daha-fazla-dusus-var" data-wpel-link="internal">ADA</a>) also faced significant declines.

As of Tuesday, April 2, the price of Bitcoin (BTC) had fallen by 5.60% to $66,558.68. On the other hand, its trading volume saw a 101.24% increase over the last 24 hours, reaching $41.93 billion. The market value of the cryptocurrency was $1.30 trillion. When considering altcoins, the price of Ethereum had decreased by 6.70% to $3,365.39 at the time of writing, with a market valuation of $404.40 billion. ETH’s trading volume increased by 76.69%, reaching $19.10 billion. 
Moreover, the price of <a href="https://en.coin-turk.com/binance-retracts-its-registration-from-the-uk-amid-regulatory-strife/" data-wpel-link="internal">Binance</a> Coin (BNB) fell by 5.83% to $559.47. Conversely, its 24-hour trading volume increased by 59.31% to $2.33 billion. Solana’s price approached falling below the $200 level again. Solana’s price settled at $183.64 after an 8.70% drop. Contrary to expectations, SOL’s trading volume over the last 24 hours rose by 68.56% to $4.23 billion. At the same time, the price of XRP dropped below the $0.60 level. 
The price of XRP recorded a 4.49% decrease, reaching $0.5996. Meanwhile, XRP’s trading volume saw a 156.67% increase to $2.12 billion. In addition, the price of Cardano fell by 7.57% today to $0.5971. <a href="https://en.coin-turk.com/cardanos-market-resilience-attracts-investor-interest/" data-wpel-link="internal">ADA</a>‘s 24-hour trading volume experienced a 115.21% increase, reaching $722.75 million. While the highest crypto prices were falling today, meme tokens did the same.

The trending Solana meme token Pepe Coin (PEPE) lost about 15% in value today. At the time of writing, the price of Pepe token had fallen by 14.70% to $0.000007266, with a market value of $3.05 billion. In contrast, PEPE’s 24-hour trading volume rose by 7.87% to $1.06 billion. 
The EVM-compatible Layer 1 project Core (CORE) witnessed an impeccable rally of over 38% and became the top crypto gainer for two consecutive days. During the report, CORE’s price increased by 38.08% to $3.79. Additionally, its trading volume rose by 81.46% to $697.64 billion. Moreover, the Core cryptocurrency surged to $4.14 amidst today’s rally.
