<p>This incident only impacted Polygon zkEVM, leaving other <a href="https://www.altcoinbuzz.io/?s=polygon" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Polygon</a> services like PoS and CDK unaffected. After approximately nine hours of downtime, the Polygon zkEVM Mainnet Beta resumed operations, much to the relief of its users and stakeholders.</p> 
<p>The resolution of this issue was facilitated by the Emergency Council for Polygon zkEVM Mainnet Beta, which activated an emergency state. This action allowed the Core Team to fix the issue, resuming L1 settlements on Polygon zkEVM Mainnet Beta.</p>
